  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7-15 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

4. Exchange Policy

We may offer replacement instead of refund for defective or damaged items, depending on availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Charges
